I started full time in Real Estate in the Traverse City Area in 1998. I knew from the start that my passion is working with buyers. Everyone in the business told me that in order to make a living I would need to work with sellers and acquire as many listings as possible. That required selling and my brain is not wired to sell. After two painful attempts at listing property I earned my brokers license in 2003 and started my own company in 2004 working only with buyers and have never looked back. I will never be a rich Realtor, but I am a much happier man doing what I enjoy.
